Dancers in the spotlight. From memory, I think I shot this at about 1/8th or 1/15th @ f/1.4. Film was obviously 3200 and I shot it at 3200.

Uncle John, National Living Treasure.
I’ve been trying for a long time to get a portrait of my uncle John that I think is fit for the subject. I think I am getting close. I can’t wait to scan this one properly.
Once I have marked out all the frames, I then look at each one individually and adjust the tone curve.
Currently working on some scans from the rolls I took at Christchurch Zoo. The previous scans were done by a lab. This is the part where I mark out all the frames I want to scan.
This one I had developed and scanned by a lab. Now I am going to rescan this roll and see if my scanning is as good as that of the lab. Probably not, but it will be a good comparison.
Some images from this roll were previously posted on my blog under Dave and Jan’s Dinner Party
